As a solicitor and barrister practicing law in Ontario, I bring a diverse range of legal expertise and a wealth of experience to my clients. My journey in the legal profession has been characterized by a commitment to excellence, a dedication to serving others, and a passion for advocating for my clients' rights and interests.
Eager to expand my legal expertise, I pursued further education and completed a certificate in Immigration Case Management at Seneca College. Armed with a deep understanding of immigration, I transitioned into the field of immigration law, where I spent nearly two years representing clients in various IRCC matters. During my tenure as an immigration lawyer, I handled a wide range of applications, including temporary resident visas, work permits, study permits, and permanent residency applications. I also represented clients in federal court proceedings, advocating for their rights and challenging visa refusals.
I began my legal career in Canada by completing Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, where I acquired a strong foundation in Canadian legal principles and practices. Additionally, I pursued a Master's degree in International Business Law from Iran, further expanding my knowledge and understanding of global legal frameworks.
Today, as the founder of my own firm, I am dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to individuals and businesses across Ontario. With a comprehensive understanding of various areas of law, including small claims, real estate, construction, and immigration law, I am well-equipped to address my clients' diverse legal needs.
